As an artistic director I worked on flowers all my career. When I started to paint this big canvas I realised that every flower was a part of my life and that for sure, everyone had different colours. It took me months to do it and years to finish it. It has had borders of every colour, I changed it several times. I finally achieved the white in 2012 and I've been happy with it since. As you can see, I had many flowers in my life. That's why I chose the golden background, just to symbolise the richness I achieved. xx, KUKY
