Being Italian I grew up in a very Catholic environment. On top of it, my family was in antiques. So, golds part of my DNA. Artistically speaking it became my genetic. As I understood growing up, not everything that shines is gold. For me real gold has to have a patina. My life has a patina, my face has a patina, my art has a patina. As you can see, the symbolism of this golden planche is about the couple, as Cats&Dogs. I try to express was that even if we have the same shape, two are not one. There's always something different. There's always something unique in each one of us.
