I've always been intrigued by cards and tarots. Both of my grannies were card players. My Brazilian granny read tarot cards just for her friends. My Austrian granny was a canasta player and she was proud to show to all her friends her bourgeois decks of cards. They were blue and green with a Baroque gold print on the back. And the different suits were so rich and luxurious and the characters were so overdressed and over coiffed that they definitely became one of the major source of my inspiration. I don't think the Roi Soleil could do better than that. xx, KUKY
